Front FROB. New bankruptcy law

Because things do not have to be like us to believe that they must be, here's a proposal to develop a new law on bankruptcy of banking:

1 - The shareholders lose their stock automatically, the state buys for 0 €.
2 - The European central bank by printing guarantees deposits cash necessary to do so for massive outflow of deposits.
3 - The debts of the bank with any other bank through interbank become 0. That each bank takes the risk.
4 - The debts of the bank with the European Central Bank become 0. That the ECB take the risk.
5 - The managers of the past 10 years come to have a debt to the value of all your increase in equity, or first-degree relatives during those 10 years. Subject thorough criminal investigation of the movements of these subjects.
6 - If you still need money, debt is calculated as proportional to the volume of each of the other banks with the state. Immediately cancellable debts through the state itself with the banks.

7 - In the case of a savings bank, is also unfit for public office to all members of the autonomous government owned for life and regional elections are called immediately when a new management board rules. The treatment of the whole government becomes like the directors and officers in terms of equity debt. The political parties which have submitted are vicarious liability of the debt that did not cover.

8 - The bank of Spain as responsible for failing to adequately monitor the bank, responding with its heritage and the same prohibition for life.

... sure many people would think like this and better measures polishing. There is no reason for us to pay among all the excesses of a few

The productivity of a country says nothing about the quality of work

One of the big lies and in turn the great mantras with which we have been grinding politicians, journalists and economists in recent years is the problem of low productivity. Retorticeramente formulated as follows:

Spain has lower productivity than in Germany, which means we work worse.

is a great fallacy, because the productivity of a country that does not measure, however comes in handy to distribute blame.

a country's productivity is calculated very easily: GDP / employed workers. There.

When political figures are compared with Germany and they are comparing these ratios are so simple, and dress have no involvement, relate them to how well they work in companies.

GDP fall in the many factors that have nothing to do whatsoever with the production of the active population, which valuation and is biased, but even if we assume that GDP and workers produce, the conclusion continues to be wrong.

one hand we have the GDP, which is a quantity that is measured in Euros. It's money. It would be logical to relate it to another measured quantity of money, as is the cost of the worker and not the number of workers. Because things that produce cost in terms of capital, and that is closely linked to disposable income.

Let's take a simple example. German bread factory produces 1000 bars a day with a single worker. The English bread factory produces 2000 bar with a single worker. What is the most productive?

I'd say the English worker works better than the German. But if we make the calculation of productivity based on prices (such as GDP) is that we can give anything else. If the German factory sells the bars and the English € 2 to € 0.50, it seems that German productivity increased 2 x € 1000 = 2000 €, with one worker. The English however, it has a productivity of 0.5 x 2000 € = 1000 €. Half the German!

Another issue that absolutely undermines the productivity calculation is completely ignoring wages. For a company is just as productive to have a worker two half charge, however for the calculation of productivity, it seems that is twice as costly, unproductive.

The other great evil of calculating productivity so childish, is comparing apples and oranges.

With a country producing loaves of bread and other too, still have something comparable. But with one producing electricity and the other cutters, the comparison makes no sense. If the German worker working at a power plant, no need for more than fifty to produce worth millions of euros. While the English worker (or rather the worker in Spain) is picking strawberries, and it takes hundreds to produce thousands of euros.
The productivity calculation in this case tells us that German workers are more productive, but it looks like, does not mean that the German worker sitting in front of the monitor is very diligent in comparison with the English who spends hours folding spine.

No, the English workers are not lazy (and if you are sure that this indicator does not measure), and low productivity has to do with what little curran. Has only to do with what is produced in Germany and what is produced in Spain. Has only to do with the standard of living in Germany and Spain.

The great paradox of productivity in Spain is that in the current crisis has increased considerably, because despite the fall in GDP, with increased unemployment, as productivity increases! . Especially since many of the jobs lost corresponds to labor-intensive production such as construction.

If the great mantra of recent years is that we had to increase productivity, we have already done. Where is the comparison with Germany promised us? Can not exist. It was all a scam. Another.

PD: There are certain entities that instead of taking the GDP per active workers they do taking the GDP per capita, which is even worse. In this case, and not to dwell, it is easy to realize that if you increase the birth rate decreases productivity, just as if unemployment increases, and it has no relationship whatsoever with the quality of work being performed.

manifesto in defense of fundamental rights on the Internet

I join, of course.

"Given the inclusion in the Draft Law on Sustainable economy of legislative changes affecting the free exercise of freedom of expression, information and the right of access to culture through the Internet, journalists, bloggers, users, Internet professionals and developers express our firm opposition to the project, and declare that ...

1 .- Copyright can not be above the fundamental rights of citizens, including the right to privacy, security, the presumption of innocence, to effective judicial protection and freedom of expression.

2 .- The suspension of fundamental rights is and must remain the exclusive competence of the judiciary. Not a close without trial. This blueprint, contrary to the provisions of Article 20.5 of the Constitution, put in the hands of a non-judicial body - a body under the Ministry of Culture - the power to prevent English citizens access to any website. 3 .-

The new legislation will create legal uncertainty around the English technology sector, damaging one of the few areas of development and future of our economy , hindering the creation of enterprises by introducing barriers to competition and slowing its international expansion. 4 .-

The new proposed legislation threatens the creativity and hinder cultural creation. With The Internet and new technologies have democratized the creation and release of contents of any kind, no longer come predominantly from the traditional cultural industries, but from many different sources. 5 .-

Authors, like all workers are entitled to live out of their creative ideas, business models and activities associated with their creations . Trying to hold with legislative changes to an outdated industry that can adapt to this new environment is neither fair nor realistic. If your business model is based on the control of the copies of the works and the Internet is not possible without violating fundamental rights, should find another model. 6 .-

believe that cultural industries need to survive modern alternatives, effective, credible and affordable to suit new social uses , rather than limitations so disproportionate as to be ineffective in that they are pursuing.

7 .- Internet should function freely and without interference from groups that seek to perpetuate outdated business models and make it impossible that human knowledge remains free. 8 .-

We urge the Government to guarantee the neutrality of the law in Spain Network, to any pressure that may occur as a framework for developing a sustainable economy for the future. 9 .-

propose a real reform of intellectual property rights-oriented end: return to the society of knowledge, promote the public domain and limit abuses of management entities.

10 .- In a democracy, laws and amendments should be adopted after due debate and consultation with all parties involved . Not only be made legislative changes affecting fundamental rights in a non-organic law and deals with other matters. "
