United Nations in 1992 declared on 3 December as the day for people with special abilities, called disabled. This day they are acknowledged as equals to any of the others.
is true that anyone with physical or psychomotor disabilities should be given special treatment from society by their special ability, many of these people who do not ask themselves and seek to move forward to fulfill its goals, objectives and dreams.
I know some stories of people that for one reason or another is disabled but some time ago I found a link that led me to learn the history of Willie Ziavino an Ecuadorian dedicated to singing in the United States.
